About

Reps don't have a selling problem. They have a feedback problem.

We built Orbit because we lived this problem ourselves. A decade in sales taught us one thing: the rep is rarely the bottleneck. The feedback loop around the rep is.

01 / The problem

The bottleneck is what you don't hear.

Most sales teams aren't underperforming because reps can't sell. They're underperforming because no one is catching the patterns inside the calls they're already making.

A rep blows discovery at 10am. By the time the call gets reviewed Friday, the same mistake has shown up in four more conversations. The rep didn't fail. The feedback loop did.

You sample three calls a week per rep. You're hearing about 5% of what happens on the phones. The 95% you don't hear is where the patterns live. The rep didn't fail. The sampling math did.

One rep figures out how to handle the price objection. The other three keep losing on price for two more months because nobody surfaces what changed. The reps didn't fail. The pattern detection did.

These aren't selling problems. They're feedback problems. They happen everywhere reps make more calls than humans can review, and they compound silently until the quarter ends.

02 / The instinct

More reps don't fix it. They feed it.

The instinct, when this shows up, is to invest. A sales enablement hire. A Gong subscription. A bigger SDR team. A revised playbook. A weekend sales kickoff.

None of it touches the actual bottleneck.

Hiring adds reps to a feedback-starved system. The new rep's pipeline looks like everyone else's within two months. Call intelligence tools surface every keyword and dashboard, but not the calls that matter to you. Playbooks sit in Notion while reps default to what worked yesterday. An enablement hire takes ninety days to onboard, costs over $200K all-in, and one person still can't review a thousand calls a week.

The problem isn't team size. It's the absence of feedback at the speed reps actually make calls.

03 / What we do

Orbit catches the patterns. Your team grows.

Orbit is a managed service that sits on top of your existing CRM, dialer, calendar, and email. We watch every call your team makes, flag the ones worth coaching against tickers you define, and tie every flag back to the deal in your CRM. We don't replace anything you already use.

In 4 to 8 weeks the integrations are wired, your tickers are tuned to your top reps' patterns, the coaching queue is firing, and every Orbit action is logged in your CRM's native audit trail.

What you see on the other side: reps who hear themselves do it right, mistakes caught before they compound across calls, less time hunting for the conversations worth your attention, and a coaching cadence that doesn't depend on you having a clear Friday.

One fixed monthly retainer. Not per call. Not per seat. Not per action. No sick days, no benefits costs, no attrition. We don't quit.

04 / Who

Built by a sales team. For sales teams.

Orbit is a US-based team that has spent close to a decade running sales orgs from the inside. Every coordination failure described above is one we lived first: the missed handoff, the slow lead time, the no-show, the rep buried in admin. Then we built the thing we wished existed.

That's the only reason to start a service company in this category. There are easier businesses to run. This one, we know.

05 / How we engage

Pitch. Buy. Run.

We don't do free assessments. In a 20-minute call we pitch what we'd build for your stack and what it costs. If it's a fit, we agree on terms and start that week. If it's not, we tell you straight and you keep your time.

We keep our roster small on purpose because we run every engagement personally. Fewer customers, more attention, no fluff layer between you and the people doing the work.

Once you're onboarded, Orbit operates through OAuth tokens you issue and can revoke at any time. We don't store your business data. The architecture is laid out on our security page.
